Beats by Dr Dre” brand.
“Fanny Wang’s headphones, color scheme, packaging, and overall advertising campaign directly infringes Beats’ trademark and patent rights,” says a legal letter sent to Fanny Wang,
Beats by dre, which launched its new ‘phones earlier this month.
