Green Bay Packers receivers welcome Edgar Bennett

He has something he wants to implement, some areas of improvement he feels like he can help us grow. And we feel like we can help him grow at that coaching position. But he understands he has a group of guys that are pretty smart, that are willing to work.”
Jennings said coaches and players alike know more than one position.“I am a receiver but I know the running back position, and that’s just from a player’s point of view,” he said. “I pretty much know the quarterback position. You kind of play the mental game of it, and then from a coaching standpoint it’s different. You have to understand the entire offense. You get a different viewpoint for all positions, not just your own.”Veteran receiver Donald Driver, 36, is the oldest player on the roster and just six years younger than Bennett. Driver’s rookie year with the Packers in 1999 was also Bennett’s seventh and final NFL season as a player. “Crazy part is when I came here, E.B. was in Chicago,” said Driver. “That just shows how much of a relationship we’ve had with one another. We have also talked and let each other know exactly what we feel.
