in Tennessee final week, Josh and I swung by the Bonnaroo Songs Festival to verify out the Dave Matthews Band. I grew up in the same town where they hold Bonnaroo so my Dad’s friend was cool enough to swing us some VIP tickets to the show. (Thanks, Daniel!!!) Josh and I love us some DMB so we were more than eager to take those tickets off his hands. (By the way, Josh and I have seen DMB upteen times, and this was the best DMB performance we’d watched. We saw Dave with Tim Reynolds in a really small venue a few years ago – so that one takes the cake – but this was the best large show with whole band. Really impressive.) sitting there in the VIP section, and I hear these two people behind us talking about their blogs. Naturally, I had to turn around and strike up a conversation. our fellows Roonies (that’s what the locals call those crazy hippies who attend Bonnaroo) are bloggers for the new MSN Audio Road Tour. (Long story) :) and Becky (and a few others) were selected from a nation-wide search that sought people with a “passion for the lifestyle of audio.” And now they get to spend all summer touring the country in cool, fully wired bus …. and blogging,cheap office 2010 Home And Business! this is a pretty cool move by MSN New music, and having met Becky and Joel (and striking up a conversation with them without realizing they were working on behalf of Microsoft), I can tell you they have a genuine passion in music … and they are certainly set up for an awesome summer.
