  进入秋季,人体的生理活动也随自然环境的变化而变化,养生保健尤要注意衣食住行的调节。
  衣 民间有“春捂秋冻”、“秋不忙添衣”之说。秋天气候转凉,不要一下子穿得太多,捂得太严,要有意识地让身体 “冻一冻”,但也要掌握适度的原则,水宜生u308,特别是老人、幼儿、产妇更要注意防寒保暖。
  食 秋天雨少天干,应多饮开水、菜汤、豆浆、牛奶等,还应多食萝卜、青菜及葡萄、柿子、梨等润肺生津、养阴润燥 的食物,少吃辛辣之物,以免引起咽干、鼻燥等秋燥症。同时,秋季也是进补的大好时节,因这时人体精气开始封 藏,即热式电热水龙头,利于补品的吸收藏纳,有助于改善脏腑功能,增强身体素质,健尔马足疗机。宜适当吃些红枣、莲子、山药、银耳、枸杞等食物。
  住 秋天应合理安排睡眠。古代养生学家认为,秋季天高风动,地气清肃,应早睡早起,不宜终日闭户或夜间蒙头大睡 ,要开窗而居,保持室内空气流通,以减少患呼吸道感染、头昏、疲倦等症。
  行 秋天是户外活动的黄金时节。实践证明,加强体育锻炼能活动筋骨、气血,增强机体的抗病能力。此时,尤要注意 耐寒锻炼,以增强机体适应多变气候的能力,快速电热水龙头。但运动量必须适度,还需注意增减衣服和补充水分。饭后散步、假日郊游、登高赏景、打太极拳、慢跑、做操等 ,都对身心大有裨益。
