　　据悉，虽然已过去一年时间，但这项抢救性康复服务的实施办法仍未出台。
　　“残疾孩子‘家长俱乐部’和‘家属资源中心’可以依托各地的残疾人康复服务机构来建立,北京手机监听器。通过政府购买社工机构的专业服务，将免费为残疾孩子家长举办联谊活动，并提供心理疏导、康复知识培训、康 复资源及慈善资源链接等，让他们在处境相似的‘同路人’的互相关怀中，走出人生窄巷。全省仅0至6岁脑瘫儿 童就有10501人，考虑到现实情况，接受服务的家长数量可以逐步增加，刚起步时每年目标是5000人，争 取到2015年时，一年能为2万名家长提供服务，”柯沫夫说。

　　3天后，《广东省实施〈中华人民共和国残疾人保障法〉办法》施行满一年。这部法规明确规定，县级以上人 民政府应当优先开展残疾儿童抢救性治疗和康复工作，对0至6周岁残疾儿童免费提供包括早期筛查、康复指导、 医疗康复、辅助器具适配和康复训练等内容的抢救性康复服务。

　　柯沫夫还表示,手机监听器，每位家长每年需要财政投入费用2000―3000元，对于珠三角地区，省里可能出台文件,手机窃听软件，要求各地投入财政资金去做；对于非珠三角欠发达地区，省财政将给予补贴，推动这些地区也能做 起来。
