在选择运动和饮食方法之前,首先要了解自己属于哪种体型,光波炉和电磁炉的区别
从遗传角度上看,体型大致可分三种(以下简称为A、B和C型),这三种体型各有特点。
想知道自己属于哪种体型,只要光着身子站立在全身镜前,就可一目了然:如果看上去整个身体没有半点多余脂肪 ,便是A型;如果上身匀称,但腹、臀及大腿肉较多,就是B型;如果全身圆润多肉,则属C型。
A型:四肢瘦长,臀及胸部较小。A型人有通常较瘦削,很少脂肪,肌肉不太发达,大腿及臀部会出现松弛现象, 不适合穿三点式泳衣。
最适合A型身材的运动是用哑铃锻炼,使其看上去结实,健尔马足疗机。开始时,不妨用4.5千克左右的哑铃练习,习惯后慢慢增加重量(以增至10千克为标准),每周做哑铃健身 2-3次,每次举8-12遍。坚持三个月后,不仅能使肌肉结实,光波炉原理,而且还会增加曲线美。
A型的人不易发胖,因此在饮食上无须太多忌讳。
B型:大致上体态均匀,肩宽,胸阔,腰细,腿修长。B型的人肌肉均匀,身段轮廓分明,只要做适量运动便能消 耗体内多余的脂肪,让身段更加迷人。
最适合B型身材的运动是有氧运动,以消耗热量和增强耐力。运动量以每周三次,每次30分钟为宜 。
B型人的应避免吃高脂肪食物,薯片、牛油类和甜品也少吃为妙。
C型:四肢较短而圆润,多数人脖子短,身体丰满,臀部及大腿较多肉。C型的人虽然看上去较健硕,但一般人都 易发胖,必须努力保持体态,勿让身体积聚多余脂肪。
最适合C型身材的运动是:每周3次,每次1小时的有氧运动,这样能消耗脂肪,加湿器,令身体更苗条。此外还可以在做有氧运动的三个月后开始举哑铃,以每周举2-3次,每次15-20遍,哑铃的重量以5千克为标准。
C型的人应少吃油煎炸的食物和含脂肪量高的肉类,宜多吃蔬菜和鱼类。
