  营养专家最新研究,蔬菜中的钙也能被人体吸收。尽管蔬菜中的含钙量并没有牛奶中的高,并且还会受到植酸 或草酸的影响而减少吸收,但研究结果表明,人体对有些蔬菜,如荸荠和黄芽菜中的钙吸收就高于牛 奶。
