Nike 6.0 IF3 International Freeski Film Festival Presented by The North Face, Salomon and Oberson to celebrate its 5th year anniversary! September 15th to 18th, 2011 - Quartier des spectacles - Montreal, Quebec, Canada The Nike 6.0 IF3 International Freeski Film Festival presented by The North Face, Salomon and Oberson is celebrating its fifth anniversary with the largest international gathering of freeskiing's top filmmakers and <a href="http://www.mybape.com/products_all.html"><strong>bape store</strong></a> athletes that helps make the Festival the ultimate celebration in skiing! The Nike 6.0 IF3 2011 will take place from Thursday, September 15th through Sunday, September 18th in the heart of Montreal at the Quartier des spectacles. Recently included in the 2014 Olympic Games in Sochi, Russia, freeskiing has developed into one of the most exciting disciplines in action sports. Since its inception, IF3 has been providing an amazing opportunity for skiing&rsquo;s top filmmakers to showcase their latest films, while promoting and representing the culture that surrounds the sport, which is the true essence of IF3. Throughout each winter, filmmakers and skiers team up to document the evolution of freeskiing, which allows the latest films from the most prolific filmmakers in the ski industry to be premiered at the Festival. Every year, they flock to Montreal to present their masterpieces to the world, and this year we are proud to present 34 films over the course of the four days of the Festival, a growth of 40% compared to 2010. For our fifth anniversary, we have partnered with Nike 6.0 to rename the Festival the Nike 6.0 IF3 2011. To work with such an amazing brand is an absolute privilege, and we are also thrilled to have support from additional brands such as The North Face, Salomon, Oberson, Coors Light, Red Bull, Scion, Recco, Jay Peak and Newschoolers, who make up our primary sponsors. To celebrate our fifth year in style, we have expanded the Festival by including an additional day of screenings on Sunday, September 18th, along with a free outdoor screening presented by The North Face at the Quartier des spectacles on Thursday, September 15th, plus concerts and themed parties presented by Red Bull, the IF3 Palms Awards, and Oberson Sports @ Dix30 autograph sessions, all of which the biggest ski stars in the world will be in attendance at!
