1、蛋黄打入碗里，加糖粉，用打蛋器打发。
2、打发到蛋黄的体积膨胀，颜色变浅，呈浓稠状。
3、此时，加入少许的油，并用打蛋器搅打，使油和蛋黄完全融合。这时可加入10克奶粉，这让酱汁会香一点， 如果没有奶粉可以不加。
4、继续少量的加入油。要有耐心，每次加入的油一定不能太多，边加入边用打蛋器搅拌。你会发现，随着油一点 点的加入，蛋黄不但没有变稀，反而会变得越来越浓稠,belstaff leather。
5、继续少量的加入油并搅打，此时蛋黄糊越来越稠。
6、当加完六七十克油的时候，蛋黄糊(此时已经可以称沙拉酱了)已经浓稠到了。再加入盐搅拌,belstaff coat。
7、此时，因为酱太浓，不太好搅拌了，我们添加1小勺左右的白醋进去(不要加太多)，搅拌均匀
8、加入醋以后，碗里的酱会变得稀一些。这个时候，我们重复少量多次的添加油并搅拌这一个过程。
9、随着油的继续添加，酱又重新变得浓稠起来。
10、越来越浓了。
11、当酱变得比较浓的时候，又添加一点白醋。重复这个过程，直到油和醋都添加完。
