I’ve had these sunglasses for over 6 years. I wear them every day and they are part of my face! I lost them while on vacation and I want to buy some that are exactly like them,occhiali da vista offerte, but don’t know what they’re called or how to search for them. I bought them in ‘00 from a gas station & saw some at a flea market in ‘04. They are ######## Oakley sunglasses with plastic rims. The paint comes off the plastic quite easily. The lenses are attached to the rims by two tiny screws, and the rim does not show above or below the lens. They kind of look like bugeyes. It used to say Oakley on the nosebridge and on the two arms (came off very early). The earpieces are curved and not straight like the usual Oakley style. Here is a pic of them:
They are cheap pieces of crap, but I love the way they fit! Color not important. I have done a search for Foakley, ######## oakley, oakley replica, etc. I have also checked eBay. I need more info! Can you help?
Thanks for all your informative and helpful answers. However, a couple of things:
1) don’t tell me to look for them. I know where they are–at the bottom of the Atlantic.
2) while I appreciate all the advice on other pairs, if I wanted another pair, I’d have bought them by now. I am looking for *these* in particular and was hoping someone could IDENTIFY them (with a website or something). Any takers?
