Best Happy Hour- (128)

Let me preface this with the fact that I was a big fan of this restaurant prior to my recent visit. My first visit to Qusqo was during lunchtime and I ordered the rotisserie chicken and sweet potato fries and a bowl of their black bean soup. All of which definitely did not disappoint.
However my second visit was during dinner time with a big group of people. I don't want to ramble on but basically the food was mediocre (I definitely like their lunch menu better) and the service was HORRIBLE. The food took over an hour to be served to us Newports Cigarettes, our party got our food at different times Buy Cheap Newport, and then they proceeded to blame us...what happened to the saying "the customer is always right..."
