Default 入秋昼夜温差大 预防感冒7个小窍门

 导语:“早穿棉袄午穿纱”,这句话最初用来描述新疆的特殊气候。然而,最近全国大部分地区的天气都有类似 的表现。处暑过后,乐彤足浴盆,白天气温虽然没有太大变化,健尔马足疗机三代,但早晚温差却明显加大,让感冒患者骤增,而且病情重、病程长,让人们在这个初秋过得不太舒服 。
  每到九十月份,因为感冒就诊的患者大量增加,今年有所提前,有的甚至还会引发慢性气管炎、哮喘、肺炎等 并发症。初秋乍寒还暖,机体调节机能很难适应忽凉忽热的变化,是感冒最易流行的季节。若想安度这个时期,以 下七点要牢记:
  1、早晚加衣。老人、小孩和一些体质较弱、抵抗力较差的人,在早晚出门时一定要带一件外套。周荣斌提醒 ,“春捂秋冻”之说也要因人而异,体质较弱、抵抗力较差者更要注意保暖。在秋装的选择上也要充分考虑到舒适 、防护和保健等多方面因素。

  5、适度锻炼,真味如烟。天气凉快之后,随着体感舒适度的提高,运动的人也多了起来。登山、步行、打太极都是耐寒锻炼的项目,可以 提高身体免疫力。
  6、按摩头部。如果是风寒引起的感冒,按摩头部能起到有效的治疗作用。具体方法是找到百会、风府、风池 、天柱等穴,按压50次,早晚一次。喝姜汤也适用于初期患风寒感冒的患者。
  7、鼻炎等患者要注意。患有鼻炎、心脑血管疾病和支气管哮喘类疾病的患者要特别注意,提前准备好相应药 物,注意防寒保暖,早晚尽量不要到户外活动
