  肩膀和腰部的线条是所有人都感到压抑的问题。压抑心理会导致肌肉紧张,使肌肉的收缩力下降,不利于身体 的新陈代谢。放松体操能缓解肌肉的紧张,而且使人身心舒畅。

  开始运动前请先了解一下!

  2、双腿张至肩膀宽度、直腰。要注意膝部不能过于紧张,而且放松腰部非常重要,全身放松。
  3、缓慢躺下,保持身体全面着地。两腿张至肩膀宽度,双臂放松自然放于身体两侧,面朝上。注意腰部不可 离地。
  放松体操的基本呼吸法
  正确的呼吸方法能增大放松体操的效果。基本呼吸法是,呼气和吸气都用鼻部完成。尽可能深呼吸,缓慢呼出 。
  1、闭眼,用鼻子缓慢吸气。这时会感到胸部鼓起、腹部受到拉力。要注意保持心情愉快。
  2、用鼻子缓缓呼气。呼气会使胸部回落、腹部鼓起。呼气时也要保持心情愉快。
