The bride is the daughter of Sonny and Shirley Obrochta of Avoca. Her grandparents are Mae Baroody of Bath and John Baroody and Alice Wright of Stanley, and Mary Obrochta of Bath and Paul Obrochta of Bath (deceased). 'Special grandparents' are Bernie Clark of Bath and Arlene Miller of Avoca, (both deceased).
The groom is the son of Jason and Karen Causer of Bath and the late Clifford Nadjadi of Bath. His grandparents are Irene and Andy Nadjadi of Bath, Darrell and Carol Hoad of Cameron Mills and Tom and Christine Causer of Osceola cheap Bridesmaid dresses, Pa. Marjorie Matacle is the great grandmother of the groom.
The bride was given in marriage by her father, Sonny Obrochta and her mother cheap Cocktail dresses, Shirley Obrochta read from First Cornithians during the service. Music for the ceremony was provided by the Angelicus string quartet, directed by Maxine Struvent from Rochester New York. They accompanied the mother of the bride and the mother of the groom in the lighting of the family candles
The bride wore a white satin ball gown with the ruffled organza overlay flowing in an a-line form, from an empire waist, adorned with silver and diamond jewels and a satin-laced corset back with a full chapel-length train. Her veil was shoulder length sheer lace attached to her hair with a white comb. She carried a bouquet of white orchids tied with flowing white satin ribbons.
The maid of honor and bridesmaids wore satin strapless cheap prom dresses 2011, ruched waistline prom dresses, tea-length gowns in marine blue accessorized by a single string of pearls and silver shoes. They carried a bouquet of white orchids tied with a single satin ribbon of white. The flower girl wore a shantung taffeta, strapped, floor-length gown, in marine blue with matching sash accessorized with a white pearl necklace and silver shoes. She carried a white basket filled with red rose petals.
The bride's Maid of Honor was Mandy Northrop, friend of the bride; the bridesmaids were Lauren Johnson and Allie Fairbrother grad dresses, friends of the bride; Courtney Fuller, cousin of the bride; Sarah Osborne, future sister-in-law; and Brianica Smith, sister of the groom. Jr. bridesmaids were Kylie Obrochta, niece of the bride and Joey Renee Causer, sister of the groom. Ariana Obrochta, niece of the bride, was the flowergirl.
The groom wore his military dress blues displaying his military honors. The best man also wore his military dress uniform adorned with his honors.
The groomsmen and father of the groom wore black two-button, shawl-collar tuxedos with marine blue vests and matching ties with a single white orchid in their lapel. The father of the bride wore a black two-button shawl-collar tuxedo with a silver vest and matching tie and a single white orchid in his lapel.
The groom's Best Man was Brent Nadjadi, brother of the groom. The groomsmen Were Nate Northrup, Rodney Pragle, Irvin Pragle and Tim Cummings, friends of the groom; and Joey Hoad, cousin of the groom. Jr. groomsmen were Trevor Obrochta, nephew of the bride; and Coby Causer, brother of the groom. The ringbearer was Gavin Obrochta, nephew of the bride.
The reception was held at the Canisteo American Legion, catered by John Carbone and staff of Hornell, and included hors d'oeuvres, cocktails and dinner for 360 guests. The wedding cake was made by the bride's brother Doug, and his wife, Jill. The four-tiered white cake was filled with vanilla pudding and frosted with a white butter-cream frosting and embellished with live flowers. Out of-town guests were from Indiana, Ohio, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Florida and Grand Island.
The couple plan a wedding trip at a later date.
The bride graduated from Avoca Central School in 2006 and attended Keuka College in business management. She also studied mediation under the direction of Jim Waite in Bath.

The groom graduated from Bath-Haverling Central School in 2006 and attended Corning Community College before joining the United States Army in 2007. He served one year abroad in Iraq. He is a Sergeant in the United States Army, currently stationed in Washington cheap Formal dresses, D.C.
The couple hope to reside and be employed locally when he is discharged from the military in 2013.

    聚焦转型发展，破解结构升级的制度性障碍

    集聚了５８４家中外金融机构的上海浦东陆家嘴金融城，正在酝酿管理体制的“巨变”。浦东新区金融局 局长施海宁说：“最大的创新在于，在国内率先引入‘业界自治’的原则，让陆家嘴的金融机构也能参与到政府管 理之中。”

    根据初步的改革设想，未来陆家嘴金融城的金融机构将与政府部门一起组成具有讨论、决策、执行功能的 一级机构，在此之下再设立分门别类的专门委员会，决策优化金融城的空间布局发展规划,镇江烟囱脱硫工程，探索管理体制和治理机制创新，为陆家嘴金融城崛起创造更为有利的决策体制。

    位于东海之滨、长江入海口南翼的百余公里黄金岸线，同样是浦东深化改革的主战场,电缆沟堵漏。浦东新区区委副书记、副区长、上海综合保税区管委会常务副主任戴海波说，浦东将进一步发挥好上海综合保税 区的前沿阵地和突破口作用，拓展订单中心、定价中心和计算中心功能，推动保税区由货物贸易为主逐步向服务贸 易为主提升，不断推动离岸与在岸业务的创新突破，探索综合保税区成为具有国际竞争力的自由贸易区的途径和可 能性。


    “上海外高桥保税区国际贸易商计划”即将在今年推出。以此为契机，作为国内进出口重镇的外高桥保税 区将进一步延伸加工贸易产业链，积极开展高端产品维修、检测、研发、数据处理等离岸服务外包业务，逐步实现 由加工贸易向国际贸易技术服务中心的转型升级。

    去年在国内率先试点的单船单机融资租赁业务，今年也将在继续扩大试点的同时拓展新的操作模式。根据 《综改试点重点任务分解书》，浦东未来将探索解决非银行系融资租赁准入门槛、船舶海事所有权登记、发动机抵 押登记等问题，推动融资租赁业务多元化、规模化，将上海综合保税区建成我国最大的融资租赁特别 功能区。

    聚焦创新驱动，抢占未来发展的战略制高点

    国务院日前正式批复同意张江高新区建设国家自主创新示范区。作为张江高科区的主体所在地，浦东“十 二五”将在人才管理体制、政策法规、服务体系和综合环境等方面争取突破，以国家自主创新示范区和国际人才创 新试验区为重要载体，努力构建以创业带动创新，以创新实现创业的体制环境。

    在建设国家自主创新示范区方面，浦东将开展股权激励和科技成果转化奖励，深化知识产权质押融资，完 善中小企业信贷风险补偿机制，拓展担保反担保、小额贷款等多种形式金融服务，深化银证合作，积极争取投贷联 动创新突破。

    浦东新区人力资源和社会保障局副局长王凯荣说，今年起浦东将启动实施“百人计划”，围绕金融、航运 、高新技术和文化创意等产业，加快集聚海内外高层次人才，着力打造国际化人才高地和人才创业基地。同时，在 临港新城打造具有特殊优势的“创业新城”和“国家人才自由港”，推进浦东国际人才市场建设。

    战略性新兴产业是浦东“十二五”发展的重点领域。浦东将探索产业项目孵化机制，争取一批国家和上海 战略性新兴产业示范基地获批建设,河源烟囱美化公司 河源烟囱装避雷针，包括推动浦东成为国家物联网应用示范先导区，推动临港新城成为全国首批下一代互联网试点城区，申报金桥国 家新型工业化产业示范基地等。

    浦东新区区长姜樑说，改革开放是国家赋予浦东的战略使命。“十二五”期间浦东要紧紧围绕发展主线， 坚持需求导向、问题导向、项目导向，按照“全国能借鉴、上海能推广、浦东能突破”的要求，全面落实国家和上 海的重大改革部署。
