　　新浪科技讯 4月1日上午消息,nike air griffey max 1，京东商城CEO刘强东(微博)宣布完成C轮融资,air griffey max 1，金额总计15亿美元,Griffey Shoes，其中11亿美元已经到帐。本轮融资由俄罗斯投资集团DST(Digital Sky Techghonies)、老虎等共6家基金和一些社会知名人士投资,Ken Griffey Jr Shoes。

　　刘强东稍早前已经通过其新浪微博确认获得DST投资5亿美元,Ken Griffey Shoes，DST也成为C轮融资中投资最多的基金。他还表示，接下来还有再度融资的打算。

　　俄罗斯投资集团DST成立于2005年，由俄罗斯亿万富翁尤里・米尔纳(Yuri Milner)领导创建，此前已经参与投资了众多美国新兴互联网公司，其中包括Facebook、Grou pon与Zynga等。

　　去年，腾讯向俄罗斯投资集团DST投资3亿美元，持有10.26%的经济权益。

　　据福布斯中文网报道，刘强东和公司员工在本轮融资前共持有京东商城约50%的股份，其中刘强东本人持股 比例约为1/3。

　　据悉，刘强东在公司章程和投资协议中安排了这样一条：无论他的持股比例为多少，都将拥有多数董事会席位 。在完成本轮投资之前公司一共有9个董事会席位，刘强东一人独拥其中的5个。

　　另外，在这样做时，他还有另外一个马云没有的优势，那就是马云从一开始就有17个另外的创业合伙人，这 让阿里巴巴的股权非常分散，而刘强东只有他自己一个合伙人。(爱文)
