  生坚果一般含有大量植物酸,其中一种叫单宁的植物酸,人吃多了会出现呕吐、胃胀、食欲减退甚至呼吸急迫 等不良反应,而经晒干或炒熟的坚果,植物酸的含量大大降低,食用更安全。
  生杏仁中含有有毒成分,但经炒熟后毒性会降低不少。当然,炒的时间也不宜过长,以免因为长期加热破坏坚 果中维生素等营养成分。但是不建议用油煎炸坚果,健尔马足疗机三代,因为坚果本身已经是富含植物油,煎炸后更加油腻,难以消化,健尔马足疗机三代,且不利健康。
