CI squash titles won’t come simple
THIS weekend’s NRG Channel Islands Squash Championships looks set to be hotly contested.
This year the event is in Guernsey at the Kings Life Club and,christian audigier store, for the first period, will join junior and senior events with maximum of the CI altitude ranked players competing.
The compete among the islands’ players look apt be beautiful well matched in the senior event with Jersey’s Rob Hickling, holder of the CI heading for the quondam 4 years, destined apt meet Laurence Graham in the terminal.
In the senior ladies the hot favourite is Jersey player and Island Games gold medallist Ronnie Jubb who is promising to meet Guernsey’s No 1 seed, Karen Dunk.
Other players to watch out for are Guernsey’s Alison Strobridge and Jersey’s Kate Carrigan.
Hugh Jones, Jersey’s vet and No 1 seed, will be defending his title when,tory burch flip flop, in the men’s vintage matches, there will be a special exterior from Alan Hubert,clarks desert, who is coming out of retirement to take aboard Jersey’s Martin Scrivens.
And in the ladies vets Jersey’s Sally Ingrouille will be protecting her title opposition Di Stenner.
The under-13 boys group is broad open.
Jersey’s Callum Rabet,puma ferrari shoes, Sam Fuller and Edward Kane are always coached by the world No 3 David Evans and are expected to do well.
Guernsey player Henry Birch namely favourite in the under-19 category having recently had the corner over 17-year-old Sam Shields.
In the boys under-17 matches,vibram shoes, Guernsey’s Chris Whitworth, who has played in citizen UK championships, is favourite.
He has beaten Jersey duals Ben and Ollie Duquemin previously notwithstanding the Duquemins might just rotate the tables this year.
Allan Magee and Luke Walker ambition be competing for Jersey in the under-15 group with Magee, especially, expected to shove the Guernsey boys hard.
Jack Tacon and Janick Radford will be competing in the boys below 11 championships, originally averaged to be against Hickling’s sons, Paul and Jersey Under-11 champion Mark.

The girls’ competition is a one-sided affair with nearly all the players from Guernsey.
