Assistance League prepares for FEAST fundraiser
The Assistance League will hold its annual fundraising event Sweet 16 dresses, "FEAST: Food, Fun and Philanthropy Cocktail dresses," on Saturday cheap grad dresses, April 9, at the Houston Marriott South at Hobby Airport.
The event begins at 7 p.m. and will feature special hors d'oeuvres prepared by area chefs Bridesmaid dresses, dancing to the band "Nobody's Fool Cheap Prom Dresses," and both a live and silent auction.
Money raised at the fundraiser will help aid area students at Clear Creek, Dickinson, La Porte and Friendswood school districts. Since school started in the fall Red dresses, 1 One shoulder dresses,700 students have been given a week's worth of new clothes through Operation School Bell gold dresses, hundreds will receive prom dresses and tuxedo rentals through Operation Cinderella 2011 prom gowns, and more will receive scholarships to attend summer enrichment programs.
The Houston Marriott South at Hobby Airport is located at 9100 Gulf Freeway.
