简单有效的健身计划
 
嘿嘿,ad健腹机,体重又多了2斤,快到70公斤了!摸着厚了一层肉的小肚皮,呵呵,ad收腹运动机,恩,这几天的大吃终于起到了效果(别笑我啊)可以正式实施我密谋已久的————健身计划啦!虽然我的健身 器械很简单----只有一对哑铃,但这已经足够了!
  用它们就完全可以做很多健身动作了。要健身,必须要有科学的方法:
首先要保证饮食,要少食多餐!多吃含蛋白质多的食物,如肉、蛋、豆类食品、花生、牛奶(不含三 聚氰胺的),ad健腹器!终于找到改善自己伙食的理由啦!
其次要有科学的训练计划,一般是隔日锻炼,给肌肉足够的休息时间。
三是要有正规的动作,做动作时注意动作要领,做到位效果才会好,ad收腹运动机效果!
四就是需要持之以恒的恒心了!慢慢来吧!我的身材目标是BEAYONGJUN !那一身疙瘩肉,PEFECT!!!!
