三个运动招数细腰速成

  动作一:后转体
双脚分开与肩同宽,吸气时,双臂上举,呼气时左手落在右肩,右手从身后落在左侧腰边,同时尽量向右侧转动上 身,眼睛向后看。再次吸气手臂上举,呼气的时候另一边转体,健尔马足疗机第三代。左右各做6次然后复原。
  动作二:俯卧转身
