两名男子冲卡不成殴打执勤警察被刑拘
 
　　涉嫌妨碍执行公务
　　本报讯 (记者陆建銮 通讯员谭焯铅) 广州白云警方昨日向媒体通报，两名犯罪嫌疑人驾驶无牌无证摩托车闯治安查车点，被截停不服检查，并殴打执勤 警察，砸坏警车。目前，两名犯罪嫌疑人涉嫌妨碍执行公务被白云警方刑事拘留。
　　6月22日10时30分，涉案人员沈宏×(男，29岁，广州人)驾驶无牌无证摩托车搭载哥 哥沈雄×(32岁，广州人)行至广从公路竹料段某治安查车点时强行冲卡，被执勤警察截停。警察 要求其出示有效证件，沈某兄弟拒绝检查，并破口大骂和殴打警察。
　　其中沈雄×拉扯并推打警察丘某。沈宏×驾驶摩托车逃跑时，被警察上前制止，沈 宏×逃跑不成，下车挥拳殴打现场执勤警察丘某，致丘某背部、大腿及手臂受轻微伤。
　　涉案人员沈宏×被强行带上警车后，仍然挑衅辱骂警察，继而砸坏警车挡风玻璃。经审查，沈某 兄弟对妨碍执行公务的违法犯罪事实供认不讳。
　　目前，两名涉案人员被白云警方刑事拘留，案件正在进一步审查中。
