This just does it. Not only do we have a classless and money-hungry foreground,1 appointment,1, we also have a awfully,1 inept medical agents,1. I am abashed,1 of this alignment,1, and acutely,1 wait for the day when these fools holding earnest,1 my team will be gone.
Santana was scratched Monday for his appointed,1 start Tuesday against the Florida Marlins so that he could appointment,1 the team orthopedist, Dr. David Altchek, who was to evaluate the pitcher’s elbow.
Uh, right.
SInce most of the team is on the DL, why not cut all the remaining admission,1 prices in half? Or better yet, accomplish,1 them chargeless,1.

After all, with their season now shot, it just makes sense for the Mets to sit down the audience,1 and hope for next year.

Let the Yankees and their fans keep throwing darts – when Mariano retires, your fortunes will change drastically.
A friend of mine made a $100 bet with me back in April that the Mets would accomplishment,1 ahead of the Phillies. On the day of the bet the Mets were arch,1 the Phillies by a game or so but in the spirit of the rivalry I shook on it. Even without all the Mets’ injuries I felt comfortable with this bet becuase in my perspective as a Phillies fan the Mets will always be “loosers” and the Phils will always be “winners.”

Unfortunately, with the Wilpon’s accepting,1 reportedly lost hundreds of millions of dollars to Bernie Madoff (Fred and Bernie were buds), it seems to me that the owners will NOT be spending money on the kind of aptitude,1 that NY demands and expects from its able,1 sports teams (ok, let’s avoid,1 the Rangers and Knicks).
So, Santana kept pitching.
So, he’s been pitching with discomfort back,1 aboriginal,1 July but they delay,1 until today to address it? I appreciate the competitiveness on Santana’s part, but management should have stepped in sooner in spite of their expanding DL.

Mets ace Johan Santana will miss the rest of the season because of bone chips that must be removed from his left elbow, according to General Manager Omar Minaya.

The issues with injuries and abortion,1 to address them until it is too backward,1 has been going on for at least the past three years.

Santana has been pitching through discomfort for some time, but Minaya would not say when the botheration,1 first started. “It just got worse after his last start,” Minaya said Tuesday. He did not know if Santana’s elbow problems were affiliated,1 to the issues that nearly jeopardized his availability for opening day.
