Motherboard Advice Overanalysis conundrum | General Hardware

I am currently putting a rig together, I plan on using roughly the following specs: Power Supply – PC Power & Cooling Silencer 750 Case – Antec Nine Hundred Mobo monster beats by dre – ??????????? CPU – Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 RAM – Mushkin 4GB DDR2 800 kit GPU – Radeon 4870 I don ‘t know which mobo to get though as I want crossfire support because I think it could be a viable upgrade in the future, I ‘m thinking monster beats headphone the GA-X48-DS4 or GA-X48-DQ6 but I ‘m still unsure. I ‘m afraid I might be missing out at some more incredible boards at that price point Like maybe a P5Q board. Firewire would be good for me with the DS9 as I have some devices that need it. The performance results I see are somewhat conflicting and I don ‘t think I ‘m gaining huge performance anywhere in particular. I ‘ve just overanalysed everything and need some outside reassurances. Then again I ‘m monster in-ear headphones also worried that I ‘m spending too much money when by the time I would want to bother using crossfire, running a crossfire setup wouldn ‘t improve my performance much at all. Then Ram For Macbook Pro | Apple District the Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3R would probably be my best bet. I will be running 2 1TB hard drives and 1 750GB drive and maybe one more for my OS. I have some of the parts already (hard drives, gpu)
