杀人逃犯自首前冒充朋友咨询警方是否可轻判
 

　　本报讯（记者 吴光亮 通讯员 庄庆）一名杀人逃犯在欲自首前，冒充朋友打电话给派出所，咨询自首后处罚是否能轻点。在判定该人就是胡全本 人后，警方通过数十次电话做其思想工作。最终，此前曾两次欲自首又放弃的胡全（化名）向警方自首，并于5月 2日被押解回重庆。

　　2000年4月15日，胡全在跳蹬镇自家门外与于某发生争执，其间将于某杀死。案发后，胡全向跳蹬镇派 出所报警称，自己在防卫过程中将于某杀死，欲投案自首,cool nike air max。但民警赶到现场时，胡全却跑了。胡全后来向办案警官兰天介绍，当初之所以想自首又逃跑，是因为他以为当时 匆忙离开的摩托司机是于某同伙，怕他叫人来“医”自己,nike air max。胡全供述，纠纷的起因是此前他被于某打后报了案，于是于某便纠缠着要他撤案并赔偿精神损失。胡全交代，案 发后，他逃到江津外婆家住了一夜，第二天又准备回大渡口自首,nike shox，谁知在车上听说事情闹得很大，于是下车逃到广东。在四处流浪的9年中，胡全靠捡垃圾等维生，而警方也从未 放弃过抓捕。今年4月，身在广东的胡全致电大哥，家人均劝他自首。

　　兰警官介绍，4月30日中午，一男子从广东中山打电话到跳蹬派出所，称是胡全的朋友，并称胡全想自首， 但不知自首后处罚能否轻点，而且也担心在没返回重庆前就被警方抓获，丧失自首立功的机会。在判断该男子就是 胡全本人后，民警与其电话联系数十次做其思想工作，一边连夜飞往中山，于5月2日将自首的胡全 押解回渝。
