National Bureau of Statistics data released on 10 May , 11 months, 70 cities nationwide housing sales price rose 7.7% , or more than 0.9 percentage points in October ; chain rose 0.3%.

11 months, new housing sales price rose 9.3% , or more than 1.3 percentage points in October narrowed ; chain rose 0.4%. Among them, commercial housing sales price rose 10.4 %, with average residential sales price rose 9.4% , high-end housing sales price rose 14.1% ; affordable housing sales price rose 1.0 %. Compared with the previous month , commercial housing sales price rose 0.4%,footwear mbt, average residential sales price rose 0.3% , high-end housing sales price rose 0.7% ; affordable housing sales price rose 0.1 %.

11 months, second-hand housing sales price rose 5.6% , or more than 0.3 percentage points in October narrowed ; chain rose 0.3% , compared with 0.2 percentage point increase in October .
