Can data be denied, if the IPO (Indian Postal Order) is in favor of Public Data Officer(General public Information Officer) rather than in favor of "Pay and Accounts Off.". My mother had applied through RTI for getting data on pension details to the AG Office,Office 2007 Keygen, Tiruvananthapuram,Office 2007 Download, Kerala. They denied details saying the IPO was given to Public Information Officer rather than "Pay and Acc. Off". This also took the stipulated 1 month time given to them.
Although we got the details,Microsoft Office Professional 2007, centered on a subsequent RTI application with the IPO now in favor of "Pay & Acc. Off",Microsoft Office 2010 Product Key, I wanted to know if this can be a valid excuse on their part to deny the data, and if not can I challenge this decision of theirs with the State Data Commission/CIC.
