MOBILE,Office 2010 Standard Key, Ala. -- A former employee of the Clarke County Department of Human Resources is alleging that the agency failed to accommodate his attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and then fired him. Eric Williamson,Office 2007 Professional Key, who lives in Mobile County, worked as a social service case worker until he was terminated in July of last year, according to the federal suit,Microsoft Office 2010, filed last week in U.S. District Court. Williamson asked his supervisors to reduce his caseload and give him additional time to complete his assignments. But they refused, the suit states. "Plaintiff has suffered, and continues to suffer, financial and emotional hardship as a result of said termination, resulting in direct and consequential financial and property losses, as well as mental anguish, humiliation and emotional distress,Microsoft Office 2007 Product Key," the suit states. A DHR spokesman in Montgomery said he could not comment on pending litigation. The director of the DHR office in Clarke County could not be reached for comment. Williamson's lawsuit accuses DHR of violating the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Rehabilitation Act.
